Our warranty covers parts and labor for one year from the date of your purchase, and includes free return shipping. Ship your item back to us, and we’ll fix or replace it and return it you.
Our products are tough…really tough – but they can still be beaten. If wear and tear takes a toll on your chair or desk outside of the warranty period, ship it back to us and we will repair it for you at a fair cost.
If for any reason you are not happy with our product, you can return it within 30 days of the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Prior to shipping, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what it is you don’t like and whether you would like a refund or exchange. We will also need your order number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of the refund or exchange.
Refunds – will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchange – depending on what item you are exchanging for, we may need 2-3 weeks to produce.
